1. We represent persons in every type of serious criminal charge, such as white collar crimes, sex-related crimes, homicide, aggravated assault, drug-related crimes, weapons offenses and crimes against property or person in general. We handle juvenile matters; alternative sentencing proposals, such as pre-trial intervention programs and drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs; post-conviction relief application and parole related issues; and expungement of records of arrests or convictions.
2. On the municipal level, we practice in most New Jersey counties. We defend disorderly persons offenses, including significant motor vehicle violations involving loss of driving privileges, including DWI; and domestic violence matters in Family Court and Superior Court.
