Mr. Nagulendran is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses his practice on family law litigation. Over the past 21 years, he has successfully argued hundreds of cases involving issues of custody, equitable distribution and support.
Mr. Nagulendran has also taken numerous cases to trial and has consistently obtained favorable results for his clients. His caseload often includes high conflict disputes involving domestic violence, child abuse and parental alienation. He routinely addresses novel legal issues such as palimony and constructive trusts.
Mr. Nagulendran has extensive appellate experience as well. He has authored numerous briefs involving civil, criminal and family law issues. He recently changed New Jersey law by convincing the Appellate Division that the 8th Amendment applies to pension forfeitures in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Nagulendran is now addressing this issue before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
