Mr. Nagulendran received a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University in 1993. He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. Following his admission to the New Jersey bar, Mr. Nagulendran quickly developed into a respected Jersey City trial attorney. For the past 18 years, Mr. Nagulendran has focused his practice on family law litigation, handling hundreds of cases involving child custody, support, equitable distribution and jurisdiction. He has extensive trial experience and has successfully argued several appeals. His practice often involves complex financial matters and sophisticated real estate disputes. He routinely addresses issues concerning reunification therapy and the termination of parental rights. Mr. Nagulendran has represented clients with cases that involve Hindu and Moslem dowry matters, international child abduction and domestic violence litigation.
Mr. Nagulendran’s practice also includes various aspects of civil and commercial litigation as well as appellate cases involving criminal law issues.
Mr. Nagulendran was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka and is fluent in Tamil.
