Richard’s primary practice is in real estate related matters including, but not limited to Condominium Conversions, preparation of real estate contracts and lease negotiations, and closings.

This experience has been continuous in New Jersey since admission to the NJ Bar in 1981. In addition to the private practice of law, Richard was Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Hoboken from 9/89 to 2/93, Assistant Township Attorney of Montclair from 2/93 to 6/02 and Acting Township Attorney of Montclair from 6/02 to 1/05.
